Awarded indoor play area at the Hannigalp mountain restaurant.
The family destination of Grächen is living up to its name: Hannigalp – the entirely renovated mountain restaurant – has dedicated an entire floor to a first-class indoor play paradise. SiSu the Sunbird, Grächen's mascot, accompanies children on their adventures in‘SiSu Wolkenland’ where they are able to climb, build towers and balance. Then there's a youth lounge for older children with an interactive projection game, hanging chairs for chilling out and the ‘Donnerkammer’ (‘Thunder Chamber’) where the evil shadow spirit awaits. A slide leads directly from the restaurant into the play area – while the parents are able to take a meal or simply sip a coffee upstairs, the kids are able to enjoy their adventures down in ‘Wolkenland’. This extraordinary project by pronatour was awarded the ‘Ideen und Umsetzung – Gold’ (‘Ideas and Implementation – Gold’) prize at the 2017 / 2018 International Ski Area Test.
